Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Corporate Services Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset combined with practical exposure to UAE business setup and corporate services operations.
The role is primarily focused on business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation, while leveraging operational knowledge of UAE mainland / free zone / offshore licensing, visas, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
Business Development & Sales
· Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships and direct outreach.
· Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate business setup solutions.
· Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful engagements.
· Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets.
· Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and business forums.
Corporate Services Advisory
· Advise clients on UAE company formation structures across mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions.
· Provide clients with accurate information regarding UAE business setup procedures and costs.
· Coordinate with internal teams and government authorities to facilitate client transactions.
Client Relationship Management
· Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
· Identify cross-selling opportunities across corporate services, advisory and related business solutions.
· Develop long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Essential
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related field.
· 4–5 years of professional experience.
· Minimum 3 years of proven sales or business development experience within:
o Business setup services
o Corporate services
o Free zone authorities
· Strong knowledge of UAE mainland / free zone / offshore company formation, visa processes, and licensing structures.
· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Fluent English (written and spoken).
Preferred
· Exposure to operational processing and compliance requirements of company formation and licensing applications.
· Experience dealing with authorities such as DET, RAKEZ, DIEZ, IFZA, Meydan, DMCC free zones, and other UAE authorities.
· Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin, or European languages) would be advantageous.
