We are a growing consulting firm delivering high-impact business solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a driven professional who will play a key role in expanding our client base and accelerating company growth.
Role Objective
The primary focus of this role is Client Acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities into long-term clients, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively acquire new clients across target industries
- Execute strong lead generation strategies through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and events
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to understand their needs
- Convert prospects into paying clients through effective follow-up and negotiation
- Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly new client acquisition targets
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (consulting experience preferred)
- Strong proven track record in client acquisition and deal closing
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Highly proactive with strong networking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English
