Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Executive role based in Dubai.
The Corporate Sales Executive will identify, prospect, and close new corporate clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing business accounts.
Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and presenting tailored travel solutions for corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
The role involves coordinating closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely bookings, and smooth execution of corporate travel itineraries.
The Corporate Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain a robust sales pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and provide ongoing client support to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong Corporate Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close business with corporate clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business correspondence.
- Account Management experience, with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive client experience.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is highly beneficial, especially in corporate or MICE segments.
- Comfort using CRM tools and MS Office (or similar) to manage client data, proposals, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
