Role Description
- :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and VIP buyers.
- Serve as the main liaison for client inquiries, negotiations, and contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services aligned with client expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities within corporate accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell across product categories (jewelry, coins, antiques, furniture).
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Customize proposals and presentations to meet corporate client needs.
- Provide investment insights for gold, silver, and diamond products.
- Work closely with finance and inventory teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor stock availability and pricing for corporate deals.
- Support corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare account performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Track KPIs related to corporate accounts.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate sales/account management, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or antiques.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
