Role Description

  • :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and VIP buyers.
  • Serve as the main liaison for client inquiries, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within corporate accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell across product categories (jewelry, coins, antiques, furniture).
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Customize proposals and presentations to meet corporate client needs.
  • Provide investment insights for gold, silver, and diamond products.
  • Work closely with finance and inventory teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Monitor stock availability and pricing for corporate deals.
  • Support corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare account performance reports and sales forecasts.
  • Track KPIs related to corporate accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate sales/account management, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or antiques.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
