Opportunity
Support a major healthcare organization in establishing and embedding a corporate performance management function.
Work with executive leadership to shape how organizational performance is measured, monitored, and managed.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and develop the corporate performance management function and team; lead an enterprise-wide performance framework.
- Translate strategy into objectives, KPIs, and measures; develop executive reports, dashboards, and insights.
- Monitor organizational performance, identify trends and risks, and establish governance, processes, and accountability.
- Work with BI and data teams to provide accurate and timely information; support improvements in healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and efficiency.
- Build performance-management capability and culture, and engage senior stakeholders across the organization.
Candidate profile
- Significant corporate or enterprise performance management, strategy execution, or organizational performance experience.
- Extensive experience developing performance frameworks and KPIs and translating strategy into measurable indicators.
- Experience producing reports and insights for boards, executive teams, or senior leaders.
- Understanding of healthcare quality, outcomes, access, and operational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and data-literacy skills, BI/data collaboration experience, and senior stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in a large, complex healthcare and/or public-sector environment is essential.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is described as essential; a master's degree or relevant professional qualification is desirable.
Pay
- QAR 40,000–45,000 per month.
