We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Loans Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities for corporate lending products. The role requires an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to independently source leads, acquire new corporate clients, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new corporate clients through self-generated leads and professional networks.
- Promote and sell corporate loan and financing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to deal closure.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with mandatory exposure to corporate loans, financial services, or corporate banking.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional presentation and high level of commercial awareness.
