Overview

• One Ten Associates is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit exceptional Corporate Lawyers to join its growing UAE practice.
• This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded corporate team advising on a broad range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple sectors throughout the GCC.
• You'll work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated M&A, joint ventures, private equity and general corporate matters for an impressive international and regional client base.
• We are currently seeking lawyers at two levels:
• **3–5 years' PQE**
• **5–10 years' PQE**
• To be considered, you will ideally have trained and qualified with a leading international, Magic Circle or US law firm and possess strong corporate transactional experience.
• Previous UAE or wider GCC deal experience is essential, while knowledge of UAE competition law would be advantageous.
• We welcome applications from lawyers currently based in the UAE, as well as those looking to relocate, provided they can demonstrate previous or ongoing experience advising on transactions across the UAE or broader GCC region.
