Responsibilities

  • THE ROLE Join AMD’s Corporate Development team as a Corporate Development Manager and help shape the company’s inorganic growth strategy at a pivotal moment in computing. AMD is advancing the future of AI and high-performance computing through a broad portfolio spanning CPUs, GPUs, adaptive computing, networking, systems, and software—from the data center and cloud to the edge and endpoint. In this high-impact role, you will identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions and strategic investments that expand AMD’s capabilities, strengthen its ecosystem, and advance its long-term strategic objectives. Working closely with senior executives and leaders across AMD’s business and technology organizations, you will assess rapidly evolving markets, develop compelling investment theses, and help translate emerging technology trends into actionable strategic opportunities.
