Role Description
The Corporate Development Manager will support the company’s growth initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities, including partnerships, investments, and new market entries.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, preparing financial models and business cases, and coordinating due diligence activities for potential transactions.
The role will also involve developing presentations and reports for senior leadership, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and sales.
The Corporate Development Manager will help shape Manara’s long-term strategic direction while ensuring alignment with the company’s sustainability and innovation goals.
Qualifications
- Strong corporate development and strategic planning skills, including experience in evaluating partnerships, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in finance and financial modeling, including building and reviewing forecasts, valuations, and scenario analyses.
- Experience in conducting due diligence, assessing risks, and coordinating cross-functional input for strategic transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey findings clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in industrial, materials, or related sectors is beneficial, along with familiarity with sustainability-focused business practices.
