About This Role
Job Purpose
The Branding Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and safeguarding the organization’s brand strategy across all internal and external channels.
The role ensures consistent brand positioning, strengthens market presence, enhances customer perception, and drives brand growth through integrated marketing and communication initiatives.
The Branding Manager will oversee brand governance, campaign management, visual identity standards, and strategic brand initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and market positioning.
- Define and maintain brand architecture, value proposition, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Monitor and safeguard brand integrity and reputation across all platforms and materials.
- Lead periodic brand reviews and recommend enhancements to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and oversee integrated branding and marketing campaigns across digital, print, media, events, and outdoor channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns within timelines and budgets.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using performance metrics and analytics to optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Support promotional activities, sponsorships, exhibitions, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and brand positioning improvements.
- Collaborate with research and analytics teams to assess customer perceptions, brand awareness, and market performance.
- Utilize consumer insights to develop targeted branding initiatives and market-specific strategies.
Corporate Identity & Communications
- Oversee the development of corporate branding materials, presentations, signage, publications, and digital assets.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across websites, social media, advertising, and communication platforms.
- Support internal communication initiatives to reinforce organizational culture and brand values.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and production vendors.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop branding and creative teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment between branding, marketing, and business goals.
- Drive innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within branding initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on brand performance, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in Branding/Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, corporate communications, or brand management.
- Minimum 4 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
- Experience in large organizations, real estate, hospitality, tourism, retail, or marketing agencies is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand development, and corporate identity management.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing communications and multi-channel campaign management.
- Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media branding, and content strategy.
- Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and branding/design coordination tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings, events, campaigns, and site visits.

Authority & Decision Making
- The Branding Manager is expected to:
- Recommend and implement branding initiatives and campaign strategies.
- Approve branding materials in line with established guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies regarding branding execution.
- Monitor branding budgets and campaign expenditures within approved limits.
- Escalate strategic branding matters and major risks to senior management where required.
