Founded in 2016, NJD (Not Just Desserts) is a premium chocolate and gifting brand based in Dubai.
We create luxury chocolate experiences, customized corporate gifts, seasonal gifting collections, and bespoke solutions for some of the UAE's most valued clients.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our corporate sales team to strengthen our presence across businesses, government entities, hospitality groups, real estate companies, financial institutions, and large organizations throughout the UAE.
Role Description
As Corporate B2B Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and growing strategic accounts.
You will represent NJD to decision-makers, build strong client relationships, develop customized gifting solutions, and help position NJD as one of the UAE's leading corporate gifting partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop relationships with HR teams, procurement departments, executive offices, marketing teams, and business owners.
- Present NJD's corporate gifting solutions and customized offerings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts.
- Work closely with operations, production, marketing, and finance teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Proven experience in Business Planning, including pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term corporate relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales skills in B2B environments, preferably in FMCG, hospitality, gifting, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with sales reporting is beneficial.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC market and an understanding of local corporate purchasing practices is a plus.
