Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Corporate Affairs Manager role based in Dubai.
The Corporate Affairs Manager will manage corporate reputation and relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, and key external stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating corporate communications, overseeing internal communications initiatives, and ensuring accurate and consistent messaging across channels.
The role involves monitoring regulatory developments, supporting compliance-related communication, preparing briefings and reports for senior leadership, and representing the company in relevant meetings or events.
The Corporate Affairs Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and maintain positive stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Corporate Affairs and Government Relations, with the ability to manage corporate reputation and interface with public sector entities.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills, including building, maintaining, and influencing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Corporate Communications and Internal Communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and aligned messaging across the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the UAE regulatory and business environment, preferably within real estate or related industries.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dubai, with a professional and ethical approach to sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Political Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
