- We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Corporate Affairs Manager to join our organization.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and reputation management initiatives.
- You will work closely with senior leadership, government agencies, industry partners, media representatives, and internal stakeholders to strengthen the organization's public image and support business objectives.

- šÆ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies that support organizational goals and enhance corporate reputation.
- Manage corporate communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and key external stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the organization.
- Prepare corporate communications materials, including press releases, speeches, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Support executive communications and ensure consistent corporate messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate media relations activities and manage responses to public inquiries when required.
- Lead reputation management initiatives and assist with crisis communication planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support corporate campaigns, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement programs.
- Organize corporate events, stakeholder meetings, and industry engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management on stakeholder engagement and corporate affairs activities.
- ā Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate affairs, public affairs, government relations, communications, public relations, or stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Understanding of regulatory environments, public policy, and corporate governance principles.
- Experience developing communication strategies and managing corporate reputation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working with senior executives, government agencies, or industry bodies is highly advantageous.
