Corporate Advisory Director

Lead advisory engagements for corporate clients, identify opportunities, and convert them into mandates that support revenue growth and long-term client relationships. The role should also guide teams in delivering high-quality advisory work from pitch through execution.

Main Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new client opportunities and advisory mandates.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Advise on corporate finance, capital raising, valuation, transaction strategy, and restructuring.
• Oversee due diligence, financial analysis, deal execution, and post-transaction support.
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, boards, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor associates, analysts, and other team members.

Required Experience

• Typically 5+ years in corporate advisory, corporate finance, capital markets, deal origination, or related leadership roles.
• Prior managerial or team leadership experience is usually expected.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business analysis skills are essential.
• Experience handling complex client engagements and executive-level stakeholders is important.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory, governance, and compliance considerations.

Pay: QAR60.00 - QAR155.00 per hour
