Required Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years' experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and reliable approach to completing tasks and following up outstanding items.
  • Able to work independently, use good judgement and escalate appropriately when required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and locations.
  • Comfortable learning and working with internal databases and workflow systems.
  • Prior experience in Corporate Access, financial services operations or a similar coordination-focused role would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • The minimum base salary for this role is $80,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions. Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Corporate Access, financial services operations or a similar coordination-focused role would be advantageous, but is not essential.
