Job Objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of
• Core Network nodes, VAS nodes, and infrastructure
• .
• Provide technical expertise on VAS nodes, including

Smsc, Ussd, Ota, Wrms

• , etc.
• Design and assess
• Core Network architecture
• and evaluate Mobile Core Network elements such as

Hlr, Ggsn, Smsc

• , etc.
• Perform and support
• roaming testing
• (IREG and TADIG) and manage RP invitation processes.
• Ensure high availability of network elements by applying proper operational processes, quality checks, periodic audits, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with business alignment teams (Core/IN design and operations) to ensure business requirements are aligned with existing infrastructure capabilities.
• Support
• RFP processes
• and participate in the evaluation and acceptance of new solutions and vendor/third-party projects.
• Manage and track projects to ensure timely delivery and successful closure.
• Coordinate closely with the

• to ensure consistent radio service quality and effective handling of customer complaints in line with SLAs.
• Monitor all connectivity and links to/from the
• MVNE platform
• , ensuring clear processes for third-party link monitoring.

• Supervise vendors under the managed services scope and ensure compliance with

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in communication engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications field, specifically in the Mobile Core Network domain.
• Experience with Huawei equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-learning ability.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively under high workload and pressure.
