- As a Bently Nevada / Industrial Solutions Sales Manager, you will have complete ownership of the sales strategy for all customers in the Saudi market, You will be responsible for ensuring positioning Baker Hughes as Partner of Choice, handle large customers and set the right strategy to meet and exceed customer expectations and business growth requirements.
- You will also be responsible for:
- Owning the Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables.
- Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of Business development and Sales.
- Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting New Products and Solutions.
- Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing.
- Developing consultant's awareness and knowledge on key Bently Nevada / Cordant Solutions technologies and working with them on specifications.
- Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning.
- Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada in the region specified.
- Driving cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams.

- To be successful in this role, below are the suggested skillsets:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in Hardware and software related technologies sales in oil and gas domain.
- Have experience with long sales cycles and high-value capital projects.
- Have strong negotiation, proposal development, and contract management skills.
- Have understanding of different cloud infrastructure concepts and SAAS business model
- Have proven experience in project-based sales.
- Demonstrate expertise in account planning, pipeline development, and competitive positioning.
- Be able to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, services, supply chain).
- Be able to work in a matrix organization and collaborate globally.
- Have experience and connections with different industries customers in Saudi Arabia. (preferred)
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia without the need for company sponsorship or employment restrictions.
