- A relevant qualification and 5+ years’ experience in copywriting or content.
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Experience creating high-performing content across digital channels, campaigns and customer journeys.
- High attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated industry.
- Experience developing content strategies, editorial frameworks or governance standards.
- Experience using AI-enabled content tools and emerging content technologies.
