Copy of Salesforce Developer & Administrator
Role Overview
StrongSteps Behavioral Health Foundation is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer & Administrator — Nonprofit Systems to lead the development, configuration, implementation, and ongoing management of our Salesforce environment.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can take organizational and program requirements and turn them into secure, functional, scalable Salesforce solutions.
StrongSteps is a growing nonprofit organization with multiple community programs and operational needs, and Salesforce is being developed as a central system for managing program applications, participants, families, community partners, inventory, referrals, workflows, reporting, and other organizational operations.
This is not primarily a data-entry or basic Salesforce administration position.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable building Salesforce solutions from the ground up, improving systems that are already under development, troubleshooting complex issues, and helping StrongSteps establish a long-term Salesforce architecture that can grow with the organization.
The Salesforce Developer & Administrator will work closely with organizational leadership to understand how each StrongSteps program operates and translate those processes into effective Salesforce systems.
The person in this position will have significant responsibility for the design and continued development of our Salesforce environment, including custom objects, Salesforce Flow, Experience Cloud portals, security and permissions, integrations, reporting, data management, and automation.
