Copilot Studio Lead

Role Purpose

Software Analysis and Design

• Understand product and software requirements, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas through the software development life cycle and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability.
• Convert client requirements into feasible designs and collaborate with functional teams and systems analysts.

Development and Validation

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating requirements, software development, and proposed solutions.
• Develop and automate software validation using test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt to hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Ensure code is error free, follow project coding norms, and provide replication patterns for issues.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare programming project specifications, activity reports, and status reports.
• Compile accurate documentation and reports, including flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.
• Coordinate daily project status and progress with the team.

Customer Focus

• Capture client requirements and clarifications to support quality delivery.
• Gather regular customer feedback to support smooth and timely delivery.
• Document solutions from client proposal through implementation.
• Respond to customer requests and track fault reports through professional communication.

Performance Measures

• Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring with error-free onboarding and implementation.
• Deliver software and troubleshooting work on time while supporting customer experience and quality goals.
• Generate MIS and other reports on time.

Mandatory Requirements

• Mandatory skill: Microsoft Power Platform for M365.
• Experience: 5–8 years.
• Ability to understand requirements, develop software, automate validation, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
