Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Copilot Agent Developer with 4–6 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered copilots and agents. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies, AI/ML integration, and modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies

Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources

Develop conversational AI experiences using natural language processing (NLP) techniques

Customize and extend Copilot capabilities using plugins, connectors, and automation workflows

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of deployed solutions

Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Copilot applications

Maintain documentation for development, deployment, and support processes

Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, Copilot, and automation technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML or automation

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), or Azure AI services

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)

Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI frameworks

Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model integration

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
