Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding, etc.) Assist in building dashboards and analytics Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies Support onboarding/offboarding workflows in systems Maintain HR process documentation and SOPs Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries Troubleshoot basic system issues Train HR team members on system usage Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies Support audits and data validation processes
