Core Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow‑ups to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Assist the sales team in meeting targets by clearly communicating product offerings to customers.
- Gather and understand customer requirements to help recommend suitable insurance products.
- Research potential clients and market trends to enhance outbound sales strategies.
- Collect and summarize customer feedback to support improvements in sales approaches.
- Review sales data and performance reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support the development of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and compile outbound sales performance reports for management.
- Identify communication gaps and suggest enhancements to improve customer engagement.
- Assist in calculating key sales metrics such as conversion rates and retention figures.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the outbound sales team.
Quality & Excellence Management
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for compliance.
- Follow company standards, guidelines, and best practices in outbound sales processes.
- Verify the accuracy of customer information and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Summarize key performance insights and share recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
