🎯 Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Coordinator & Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks while actively identifying and generating new business opportunities.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily office operations

• Handle administrative tasks and follow-ups

• Communicate with existing and potential clients

• Research and identify potential leads online

• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, etc.

• Maintain and update data in CRM systems or Excel

• Prepare periodic reports on leads and opportunities

• Coordinate between different departments

• Follow up with prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team

🧠 Required Skills

🔹 Core Skills:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure

• Professional and client-friendly attitude

🔹 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in:

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Word

• Email tools (Outlook / Gmail)

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Ability to use online research tools (Google, LinkedIn)

🔹 Lead Generation & Marketing Skills:

• Understanding of lead generation concepts

• Ability to identify and target potential clients

• Ability to write simple cold outreach messages

• Follow-up skills to convert leads into sales opportunities

📚 Required Knowledge

• Basics of customer service

• Sales fundamentals

• Lead generation methods (B2B / B2C)

• Data management basics

• Persuasion and negotiation skills

• Digital marketing basics

• Understanding of the customer journey

• Use of social media for business purposes

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus

💰 Commission Structure

• 3% commission on each deal closed through leads generated by the employee

• Commission is paid after deal closure and payment collection

• No cap on commission (high earning potential)
