Coordinator (Installation Team )

About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience in flooring / fit-out / interior industry to manage site installation schedules, labor teams, materials coordination, and client communication across multiple projects in Dubai/UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily flooring installation teams for multiple project sites
• Coordinate manpower, drivers, tools, and transport logistics
• Ensure site readiness before dispatching teams
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, warehouse, and procurement
• Track delivery of flooring materials (SPC, vinyl, laminate, carpet, wood flooring etc.)
• Maintain installation calendar and project deadlines
• Communicate with clients regarding progress and handover timelines
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
• Prepare daily / weekly reports for management
• Ensure snagging, rectification, and final handover completed on time
• Maintain attendance, overtime, and manpower records

Requirements

• 4–5 years experience as Installation Coordinator in flooring / fit-out industry
• UAE market experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of flooring products and site processes
• Excellent communication skills (English , Hindi/Urdu advantage)
• Good in Excel, Word, Email, scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple sites under pressure

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
