About This Role

Overview

  • We are hiring for a coordinator who can support the HR office backend work.
  • The work includes the below responsibilities:
  • Handling Administrative and Clerical Tasks
  • Perform various administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintaining Records and Files
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring proper filing systems and document management.
  • Entering and Updating Data
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in computer systems and databases for organizational records.
  • Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist employees with their needs and requests.

• Supporting Daily Office Operations

  • Assist with various office functions, coordinate with other staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
