Overview
- We are hiring for a coordinator who can support the HR office backend work.
- The work includes the below responsibilities:
- Handling Administrative and Clerical Tasks
- Perform various administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Maintaining Records and Files
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring proper filing systems and document management.
- Entering and Updating Data
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in computer systems and databases for organizational records.
- Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist employees with their needs and requests.
• Supporting Daily Office Operations
- Assist with various office functions, coordinate with other staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
