Coordinator/Corporate HSE & Security (UAE National)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computerized Building Management, Security, and Access Control systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate safety and security policies and standards.
• Interface with engineering sections and head office HSE for system diagnostics and performance restoration.
• Update records, compile data, and generate reports/statistics for management.
• Control entry access to buildings, premises, and sites.
• Maintain operational readiness of all computerized BMS, Safety, and Security systems.
• Identify malfunctions in control systems and coordinate with relevant sections for rectification.
• Provide maintenance schedules to electrical, mechanical, and administration sections.
• Coordinate with specialist maintenance contractors for BMS, Access Control, and other systems.
• Conduct regular stock reviews and initiate re-order requisitions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Safety Management, or Security Studies).
• Strong knowledge of computerized building control systems and their maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and relevant software for record-keeping and reporting.
• Analytical skills to identify system malfunctions and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with safety and security regulations and best practices.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment.
