Responsibilities

1.

Prepare and cook all types of dishes according to established recipes and standards.

Set up and operate the grill, monitoring temperature to ensure food quality.

Grill meats, poultry, and other items to the required quality and presentation standards.

Ensure the safety and quality of raw materials before use, reporting any spoilage.

5.

Adhere to food safety and personal hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area.

Monitor inventory levels of meats, preparations, and supplies, reporting needs for restocking.

7.

Minimize waste and optimize the use of raw materials.

8.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.

9.

Clean and maintain cooking equipment and utensils after use, following standard procedures.

10.

Comply with policies and procedures set by management.

11.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in preparing and cooking various dishes.
