Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cooks with experience in preparing Pakistani dishes to join our catering team.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications, hygiene standards, and customer preferences in a high-volume catering environment.
Preferred candidates having experience in bulk cooking.
& Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Pakistani cuisines, ensuring authenticity, flavor, and presentation.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Work as part of a team to support daily food production for events, buffets, and staff meals.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in menu planning
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals based on service schedules.
- Support with food preparation for special dietary requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding kitchen safety and conduct.
