Job Vacancy: Full-Time Live-In Housemaid/Cook ( Family)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Housemaid Cook** to join a private household.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in Indian cooking and responsible for preparing daily meals and maintaining kitchen cleanliness, as well as supporting basic household chores.
Job Details
- **Position:** Housemaid/Cook (Live-In)
- **Work Schedule:** Full-time, with **1 day off per week**
- **Location:** UAE
- **Family:** family with 2 children (ages 5 & 6)
Responsibilities
- Cook daily meals for the family (vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
- Plan weekly menus with the family’s preferences in mind
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are followed
- Clean kitchen utensils, appliances, and work surfaces after use
- Grocery shopping or assisting in grocery list preparation
- Organize and store food supplies properly
- Assist with general cleaning and laundry when required
- Support with serving food and tidying up after meals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a home cook or housemaid with cooking duties
- Strong knowledge of Indian Food;
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Honest, hygienic, and well-mannered
- Basic English or Hindi communication is preferred
