Required Qualifications:
- 4 years professional line cook experience in a full-service establishment, such as a restaurant or hotel, where the majority of the products were prepared on premises from fresh ingredients using standardized recipes.
- 2 years elated food preparation experience AND six months Line Cook experience in a hospital setting.
- Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree from a college or technical school or equivalent education/experience.
