Converting Lead Trainee

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Converting operations, including but not limited to: Coordinating daily staffing assignments Covering call-in and vacation absences by running equipment as necessary Participate in and lead a break relief schedule for all machines Perform and train operators in routine machine adjustments Document production losses and prioritize actions with the Superintendent and Maintenance team. Organize item changeovers, including materials, line clearance, and machine setup Other duties as assigned.
