We are seeking an experienced
Controls & Governance Consultant
- to join a leading organization in Riyadh.
- This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in governance, compliance, documentation management, and operational controls within the banking, financial services, or payments industry.
- š¹ Key Responsibilities:
- Drive governance and control activities across card products and related operations
- Review partner/vendor reports for regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance
- Monitor contractual obligations, renewals, and governance timelines
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer-facing communications and product documentation
- Review and maintain SOPs, contracts, business cases, and operational documentation
- Audit marketing and product collateral to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to close governance gaps
- Support senior leadership on governance, risk, and control initiatives
- š¹ Required Experience:
- 8ā10 years of relevant experience in Governance, Controls, Compliance, Risk, or Operational Excellence
- Strong experience reviewing contracts, agreements, policies, and business documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Experience within Banking, Cards, Payments, or Financial Services environments preferred
- š¹ Mandatory Requirement:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
