Role overview

Supports the Middle East business as a Commercial Controlling Analyst and business partner.

Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive profitable growth and fact-based decisions.

Supports a diverse regional portfolio of brands, categories, customers, and channels.

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable recommendations.
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and business performance management.
Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI experience is an advantage.
Ability to influence stakeholders through clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Provide financial insights, performance analysis, forecasting, and decision support.
Monitor business performance and manage budgets.
Analyze trade investments, develop business cases, and evaluate profitability.
Support pricing decisions and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Support strategic initiatives and commercial decision-making.
