Non-management rooms and guest services operations position at the Riyadh property.

Reservations and room coordination

  • Assign rooms based on guest requests and preferences when possible; preregister designated guests and prepare key packets.
  • Coordinate check-in and preregistration for arriving groups; track room or checkout changes and communicate status.
  • Confirm reservations and cancellations; review out-of-order rooms, check for duplicate reservations, block rooms, and identify over-commitments.
  • Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions.

Guest transactions and service

  • Verify and adjust guest billing, secure valid payment, file guest paperwork, process check-ins and check-outs, and activate room keys.
  • Run daily reports and follow up to ensure guest requests or problems have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and relay messages accurately.

Team and workplace duties

  • Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents, answer telephones appropriately, and coordinate tasks with other departments.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, follow policies, and comply with quality standards.
  • Use computers or POS systems; duties may involve extended standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience is listed as preferred.
  • No supervisory experience; no license or certification specified.
