Based at our East Orange, NJ headquarters, you'll be the financial cornerstone of our organization, driving strategic growth while ensuring out resources are optimally managed to serve our community.
Requirements
- · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- · 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience that showcases growth
- · Mastery of GAAP and financial best practices
- · Advanced Excel and QuickBooks skills that drive efficiency
- · Outstanding ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- · Natural talent for leading in fast-paced environments
- · Independent problem solver with exceptional attention to detail
- · Experience with audit preparation or background in audits strongly preferred
- · Demonstrated ability to balance trust in team members while implementing appropriate verification procedures
