About This Role
We’re currently representing a leading Dubai-based real estate developer that is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding project delivery team.
This opportunity will suit someone who has strong experience managing the full contracts and commercial process across high-end luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and branded residence developments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in contract administration, procurement, commercial risk management, variations, claims, and stakeholder management, working closely with development, delivery, design, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a real estate developer, leading contractor, or PMC
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices
- Experience working on luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or branded residence projects
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related field
