We at Seaworks Company are urgently hiring for CONTRACTS MANAGER Role.
The Ideal candidate will have experience into the following:
Lead end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions.
Manage contract negotiations and oversee high-value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and apply data-driven strategies to improve commercial performance.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.
Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis.
Use tendering tools and contract management systems to support operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree and Masters with LLB or any Law based educational background.
Experience: 5–7 years of total experience and at least and 3+ Years of managerial experience is required.
Procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles.
Preferably within manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors.
Skills
Required :Expertise in tendering tools and contract management systems
Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Candidates with relevant Experience can apply.
