Role Description
The Contracts Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining agreements with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
This full-time remote role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensuring that contractual terms align with organizational goals, and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with procurement and project teams, standardizing contract templates, tracking contract performance and compliance, and maintaining accurate contract records in digital systems.
The Contracts Manager will also support process improvements, contribute to the development of contract policies and governance frameworks, and help enable the transition to CAASDI GLOBAL’s upcoming SaaS platform by ensuring contract data is well-structured and up to date.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and administration within procurement, vendor management, or project-based environments.
- Knowledge of commercial terms, risk management, and basic legal principles related to contracts, including service level agreements and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with contract management tools or document management systems, and comfort working in remote, digital workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain contractual concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (procurement, legal, finance, operations, and project management) in a fully remote setting.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, supply chain, or procurement-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in contract management or procurement are a plus.
