- Use Oracle Fusion for procurement management
- Draft and review infrastructure tender and contract documents
- Conduct market research on industry trends and pricing
- Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs
- Develop procurement policies and strategies for cost efficiency
- Develop procurement SLAs and manage internal stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Experience in strategic sourcing and category management for infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion for procurement management

Job Overview
- We are currently looking for a Contracts Management Specialist for one of our Government client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
