Contracts Lead

Prepare all tender/request for quotation/proposals and contract documentations for the Servicing, Maintenance and Project Work including renewal or extension of such service contracts including but not limited to Scope of Works and Pricing Documents

Commence the renewal process for Term Contracts before the date of expiry of the contract.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT AGENT shall prepare the tender document timely taking into consideration the procurement/contracting lead time.

Administer and manage the contracts, including quotation/tenders through the Client, processing quotations and tender submissions, and making Commercial Evaluations Recommendations (CER’s) for the award of the tendered contracts.

Administer and manage the Local Purchase Order (LPO) contracts for minor works, including quotation/tenders, collecting/processing quotations and tender submissions, and making award recommendations.

Coordinate and supervise the performance of all contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out the servicing, maintenance and Project works in accordance with specifications and meet the desired service standards.

Ensure that contractors comply with all the requirements as specified in the Tender/job specifications.

Prepare a list of commonly engaged contractors required to source for quotes as and when needed.

Support the full Tender life cycle until issuance of LOA/contract execution.

Host Pre and Post Tender meetings as required and respond to all Tender Queries and Post Tender Clarifications as required.

Maintain an up-to-date list of categorized Procurement/Tender Status Report in an approved format.

Maintain an up-to-date approved status list report for all tenders/contract awards.

Submit procedures for managing tender evaluations, for approval and comply with all guidelines and procedures.

Comply with the applicable Government regulations in addition to procedure, regulations and guidelines.
