Contracts Engineer

Role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and fresh-graduate status or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and contractual clauses.
• Understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
• Familiarity with variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Ability to review letters of award, work orders, subcontract agreements, and tender clarifications.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal English communication and ability to prepare professional reports, letters, commercial summaries, and comparison statements.

Role focus
