Provide strategic legal leadership and oversee all legal matters for the organization.
Serve as General Counsel supporting the company's growth and enterprise customer mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership and board members on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including vendor, partnership, and licensing agreements.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with company operations, product offerings, and global expansion.
- Oversee corporate legal functions, including intellectual property protection, data privacy, and employment law matters.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions while supporting company growth objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one state.
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate law, focused on technology, internet, or digital platform industries.
- Strong expertise in commercial contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience advising startups or high-growth companies on venture financing, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA and with intellectual property protection strategies.
