Contracts Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and manage contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support contract negotiations and risk assessment processes
- Coordinate with internal departments for contract execution and follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of contract activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract management or analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
