Contract Recruiter (Project-Based)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for project roles, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to clarify requirements and advise on hiring decisions.
• Build global sourcing strategies and analyze talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Coordinate hiring needs, headcount, and timelines with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Use fair, equitable candidate assessment and provide a strong candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, optimize the pipeline, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Hand over pipelines, documentation, and learnings at project end.

Requirements

• Hold a valid UAE work visa permitting contract work; the candidate must hold their own visa, and sponsorship is unavailable.
• Have 5+ years of talent acquisition experience and proven high-volume or multi-role project hiring experience.
• Be fluent in English and have a solid understanding of EMEA and APAC talent markets.
• Have strong communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work autonomously, collaborate across teams and cultures, and balance strategy with execution.
• Be available immediately or at short notice.
