Overview
Halian is seeking an experienced senior leader to take full ownership of our DACH region, leading Sales, Managed Services, and Operations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is a strategic executive appointment with full responsibility for regional growth, client success, operational delivery, and P&L performance.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader with deep knowledge of the DACH market and a strong background in technology services, managed services, or IT consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Halian’s presence across the DACH region
- Own regional revenue, profitability, and business performance
- Build and maintain senior client and partner relationships
- Drive sales strategy and market expansion
- Ensure operational excellence across all service delivery
- Lead, develop, and retain high-performing regional teams
About You
- Proven experience at Executive Director / Managing Director / Regional Director level
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and operational success
- Background in enterprise technology, IT services, or managed services
- Deep understanding of the DACH market and business culture
- Strong leadership capability across multi-country teams
- Fluent German and English essential
