Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related contractual documentation.
- Ensure lease contracts are aligned with approved commercial terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Calculate rent, security deposits, administrative fees, and payment schedules.
- Manage lease renewals, amendments, addendums, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate contract records, audit trails, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Leasing and Finance teams to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to leasing and contractual records.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or property management.
- Experience within real estate or leasing environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, lease documentation, compliance, and financial calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Contract Management Certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
