The Business Solutions Analyst supports system administration, configuration, support, governance, and user enablement for WellView and SiteView.
The role also supports business process optimization for Well Delivery and works with business users, IT teams, and application vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide application administration, configuration, governance, support, and user enablement for WellView and SiteView.
- Optimize Well Delivery processes and improve application and data performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage optimization and configuration, and conduct system quality assurance testing.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and monitor integrations.
- Facilitate meetings, align stakeholder groups, and drive results.
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education in petroleum, computer science, or business analysis, or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Experience supporting WellView and SiteView applications.
- Experience with Peloton Allez, WellView, and SiteView system administration, governance, application support, and data management.
- Advanced business analysis, requirements, testing, facilitation, change management, and process modeling skills.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
