The role is a contract-based Contract Attorney position.
The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, licenses, and other legal agreements while working independently.
Compensation
- The payout is $80 to $200 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
- Provide legal advice on contract-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
Work Arrangement
- The position provides flexibility and autonomy and can be performed from any location.
- The role is remote.
