A client is seeking a Contract Attorney to work on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice on contract-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least three years of experience in contract law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
